Meet 4Sight Coach Nate Taylor 

Nate is passionate about the Gospel, his family and helping others to flourish in leadership using their unique wiring. He emphasizes a collaborative approach to leadership and loves to work with teams on implementing staff culture.   

Nate received his BS in Psychology, and his Masters degree in Business Administration. He has spent the last 15 years working in numerous capacities including: collegiate leadership development, restaurant operations management, information technology, church leadership, and real estate investment.   

Nate is a co-founding pastor of Gospel Community Church (GCC), a multi-site church located in Lynchburg, VA and has served with GCC for 13 years. He currently serves as Executive Pastor. He has helped to lead GCC through two church mergers, and believes strongly in church revitalization. He is an active learner and serial question asker. He is personally interested in historical biographies, the great outdoors, family, traveling the world, and the Cleveland “Baseball Team”. 

He and his wife Rebekah have been married for 12 years and have two amazing and rambunctious children. They have called Lynchburg, VA home for 19 years.
