Episode 141 | How Do We Need to Think Differently? An interview with Michael Arietta

Posted by Jenni Catron on Jan 11, 2022 6:01:48 PM

In this week's episode, Jenni sits down with Michael Arietta, CEO of Garden City, to discuss how we need to think differently after the Great Resignation.

Michael shares two important points:

1. We have to recognize the importance of the work we do. Why do we do what we do? Nothing is more important than your mission.

2. Culture is our greatest competitive advantage. For those of us who are thinking deliberately and intentionally about culture, it is our advantage in keeping and retaining, and building a great staff.
