In this episode of the Lead Culture Podcast, Jenni interviews JuneAn Lanigan, the CIO and Chief Data Officer at FTC Solar. FTC Solar is a fast-growing global provider of solar tracking systems, technology, software and engineering services. 

 

 

JuneAn is a brilliant leader with a heart for leading others, understanding how to get the best out of others and how to motivate people to do good work. JuneAn tells the story of three people who have specifically mentored her, and then finally, she gives us the six components of the mentoring program that she has created for women in technology:

1. Tell your story  
2. Evaluate your values, strengths, and weaknesses   
3. Set goals  
4. Who's there to support you?   
5. Where do you spend your discretionary time?  
6. Create a 30, 60, 90 day plan
