Episode 198 | The Divine Dance of Mid-Level Leadership with Milan Ford and Jenni Catron

In our last episode, we talked about the exponential pressure on leaders right now, especially those who are in the mid-level roles of leadership.

This week, Jenni chats more about this topic with Milan Ford. Milan is the Executive Director of Operations at Turning Point Church, located in McDonough, Georgia. With over two decades of ministry leadership experience, Ford has served alongside some of the most influential churches and faith-based organizations in the country.

Milan is incredibly intentional to invest in the development of the leaders on his team. He recognizes the importance of leadership development and consistently is thinking about ways to help his team grow.

Listen as Milan shares how he fights for those opportunities, why he thinks young leaders need to be in the room where decisions are made, the daily and weekly growth tools he uses with his team, how leadership development can help you feel less lonely, the skills Milan feels are critical for leaders to learn, and more.
