As leaders, providing helpful and productive feedback is a skill that we have to learn. It’s a simple task that takes an extraordinary amount of work and thoughtfulness. So, how do we do it well? How do you create a culture where feedback is given and received; it’s normal and expected; and is appropriate and productive?In this week’s episode, Jenni shares 3 elements of a healthy culture of feedback and offers encouragement and practical steps to help you evaluate your organization’s culture of feedback. Jenni discusses the importance of shared expectations, the difference between coaching and criticism, and what psychological safety is - and is not.
