# Episode 158 | The Rules of Engagement

Leading from a place of clarity and confidence, in a season of immense uncertainty, is something that you can do! How you lead amidst uncertainty is ultimately a greater reflection of your leadership ability than how you lead in the ordinary. But did you know that the two most common issues that most organizations face is their values are either completely ignored or currently working against them?

In this week's episode, Jenni provides both the “why” and the “how” to creating great values that will enable you to both align your teams and provide the ‘rules of engagement’ to accomplishing the vision and mission together.

Values are what tie your purpose, culture and strategies together. Clearly defining those values will more effectively drive behavior, influence your decisions and equip your teams to move forward with both clarity and confidence.
