Whether it's customers, congregants, or employees we lead, we all want to see an increase in their engagement. We want them to move forward in the journey toward achieving mission together. But there are multiple obstacles and shifts we must face as leaders in order to facilitate the highest engagement possible with those we serve and lead. Blue Van Dyke is no stranger to the strategies that enhance engagement, and he generously shares his learnings in this helpful and practical conversation with Jenni Catron.

 

**About Blue:**  
Blue is the President and Founder of [The StudioC](https://thestudioc.org/). Blue's executive leadership experience combined with his heart for ministry drive his passion to bring the marketplace and faith-based organizations together.  He has served on the Executive Team at Christ’s Church of the Valley (Peoria, AZ) and has over twenty years of management experience in manufacturing, marketing, and professional services. Prior to joining the church, he partnered with organizations to implement technology-enabled solutions. Blue’s free time is spent with his wife Crystal, their 4 children, and the game of golf.
