3 Key Indicators that Impact Employee Engagement with Jenni Catron and Holly Tate

According to a recent Gallup study, 85% of employees are disengaged in their work; however, teams where employees have weekly interaction with their manager have the most employee engagement. If employee engagement is the lagging indicator, research has shown that consistent, intentional 1:1 meetings are the leading indicator. But how do we increase employee engagement, especially in the new hybrid work-world we’re living in?

In this week's episode, Jenni has a conversation with Holly Tate, Senior Vice President of Growth at Leadr about the three key indicators that impact employee engagement, and how 1:1 meetings can amplify your influence across your organization, while avoiding them robs our team of the opportunity to seek clarity, ask for help, seek development, and receive feedback. Leadership development and great culture creation require consistent and repetitive action.
